Ryan was our Friend of the Week!

Our 1st school bus field trip and Kate is back!

The Unicorns had a building explosion!

The Unicorns are also having a letter and number explosion!

Michelle came to help make Evan's cupcakes!

The Unicorns made a village in the Block Area.

Stephanie came to play Hulabaloo with Friend of the Week and friends!

In Pre-K we....

• celebrated Ryan! He brought his favorite snack, Scooby Doo bones.  The Unicorns loved them!
• played "Go Fish" and "Chutes and Ladders" (games Ryan likes).
• went to Brooklyn College to see the show "Twinkle Twonkle".  
• had a dinosaur puppet show at Choice.  Our dinosaur theme has begun.
• made red playdough.
• drew and painted self-portraits.
• celebrated Evan's 5th birthday with Happy Feet cupcakes.  Thanks for sharing your talents Michelle!
• sang "Apples and Bananas", "Wide Mouth Bullfrog" and  "This Old Man".
• learned about vowels!!!
• learned about words that have 2 different meanings!
• labeled buildings in the village the Unicorns built. 

Looking Ahead!!!!

1. Patrick will be Friend of the Week.

2. Sylvia has Corduroy for the weekend.  Have fun!

3. Tuesday, March 13th: 1/2 day for parent/teacher conferences.  Appts. went home in the mail today! Check bags for that and the permission slip for the Doll &Toy Museum trip!

4. Thursday, March 15th, Wacky Wardrobe Day.  Don't forget to send in a $1 for the 5th grade!
